ZDX & ZDX Type S: Future SUVs
In 2024, Acura will release its first all-new, all-electric SUV, the Acura ZDX. A performance-focused version, the ZDX Type S, will follow and be an immersive driver experience and performance. Both vehicles will take external and internal styling cues from the evocative Acura Precision EV Concept, which debuted this summer at the Monterey Car Week. Acura is committed to creating performance vehicles for the electrified era and will launch more EV models starting in 2026. Acura is currently partnered with GM to utilize the global EV platform powered by Ultium batteries but will launch their global e:Architecture for future models.Â
The ZDX name is an homage to the past but is a future step towards Honda's global vision to make 100 percent of North American sales battery-electric and fuel cell electric by 2040.Â

Aggressive Styling
That Particle Glitch lighting design is also featured on the 23-inch wheels.
