We are introducing a 5 Day Exchange Policy, available on all pre-owned cars, to give you the peace of mind you deserve when making such an important purchase. We want you to have the time to decide whether the car fits your lifestyle and meets your needs in every way.

In case you feel you made the wrong choice, we want to give you the option to bring your car back to Norris Acura within the first 5 days of your purchase. If you do decide to bring the new vehicle back, you will receive credit towards your next purchase at our dealership. With this 5 Day Exchange Policy, we hope to make sure you end up with the best vehicle for you.

A vehicle may be returned for a credit towards the purchase of a different vehicle if the following criteria are met: 1. The condition of the vehicle is the same as it was at purchase date. 2. The vehicle has not been driven over 200 miles of the mileage documented in the contract. 3. No other party has been granted a lien on the vehicle other than shown in the contact. 4.
